	MISSION STATEMENT Phoenix Rising provides comprehensive treatment for adolescents and their families who are challenged with mental health concerns or addiction issues. Phoenix Rising also provides treatment for adolescents with dual disorders, those who have both a mental illness and an addiction. As a counselor/therapist, I am committed to being genuine and compassionate.
